Contact

• The e-mail address provided during registration is where all notifications about the course will go.

General Conditions

• A completed registration form is required to secure the class.
• Appropriate tax will be included where applicable.

Substitution

• You may substitute another person in your place at any time. Substitutions should submitted by emailing training@ism3.com.

Student Cancelation

• Cancelations are possible until two weeks before the date the course starts.  Cancelations should submitted by emailing training@ism3.com. Your  fee will be returned less a 100 euro processing charge.

Course Cancelation

• Should the ISM3 Consortium cancel your course we will give you at least 10 working days notice of the cancellation, and will offered an alternative date or a full refund.
